"Application was easy for once"
I was ready for this to be another frustrating process where I’d end up wasting a bunch of time, but it actually only took a few minutes. For once, something didn’t make things harder than they needed to be.

Reading between the lines, I always expect some random fee to pop up at the end, but that didn’t happen here. The price was clear before I paid, which I really appreciated.

"Renewal was actually painless"
I renewed through Elevate Holistics and it was easier than I expected. I’m usually a little skeptical of companies that make everything sound too smooth and polished, but this really was straightforward. The appointment was quick, the doctor was friendly, and I got everything handled without a bunch of back-and-forth. I’d use them again.

"Booking a time was kind of a pain"
The site worked fine, I guess, but finding an appointment that actually fit my schedule was a hassle. Like, most of the times I saw were either way too far out or right in the middle of when I couldn't make it. I figured there’d be more options open, but nope. I did end up getting something booked eventually, but I had to keep checking back more than I wanted to. Not terrible, just a bit annoying and not super convenient.

I went in expecting the usual rushed appointment, but it was actually really relaxed. The doctor was super easy to talk to and genuinely listened to what I had to say. The whole consult was quick, but somehow it still felt like I had enough time to explain everything without being pushed out the door.

"I expected to be waiting around for a..."
I expected to be waiting around for a while, maybe even forget about it and check back later, but the approval came through in like 20 minutes. I was kind of surprised, in a good way.

"Not as professional as I expected"
The site itself was fine and easy enough to use, but the appointment didn’t really meet my expectations. I thought the doctor would take a little more time to explain things, but they seemed rushed and not very engaged. I kind of felt like I was just being moved through another quick appointment rather than actually being listened to.

"Pretty easy to use, uh just a bit slow"
The site was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed without too much hassle. A couple of pages were, uh, a little slow to load for me, but overall everything worked fine.
